With this box pop's up please click Rin again

Then click run again

You will then see a user ID number and password. Quote these number to the operator who will then be able to control your PC.

At this point we will have control. We can only gain access to your system with this software and ONLY WITH YOUR PERMISSION

Please do not try to use your PC while remote connection is in progress.
